I own Optimum Performance Physical Therapy in Urbandale. I work with people who are in chronic pain. They don’t know what’s wrong, but they know they hurt. I offer fresh hope with a holistic, personalized approach.
With more than 25 years of experience and specialized training, I have methods you haven’t tried before that are not readily available from other providers. It’s my passion to share hope when you feel like you’ve tried everything.
What do you love about the Des Moines Community?
I love helping people live without pain and I also try to minimize the suffering associated with having chronic pain. That is why I offer any of Dr. Shaw’s patients a free 20 min assessment to see if I can help them. I enjoy collaborating with Dr. Shaw and Dr. Donahue and look forward to helping them serve our great community.
